Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday.
We do not dispatch Friday, Saturday or Sunday, bank holidays or other advertised closures.

We currently only ship to mainland Britain

‍ All orders are sent through Royal Mail, 24 hours tracked. We can NEVER guarantee a delivery day.
Our products have a shelf life of 5 or more days.

Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy
At Tillyfar Treats we take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure your baked goods arrive fresh and in excellent condition.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of food items once they have been dispatched or delivered.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Customers remain entitled to any remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label where applicable

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

The resolution offered will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

Delivery Delays:
We work with trusted Royal Mail, but occasionally delays may occur that are outside of our control.

We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Courier disruptions

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
    Events beyond our reasonable control

Refunds will not normally be provided solely due to courier delays unless the goods arrive in an unusable condition.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer, we regret that we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Quality Concerns
We are committed to producing high-quality baked goods. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with details and supporting photographs.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to [24/48] hours before the scheduled dispatch date.

Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be available.
