The Cake Shed Story

When my boys were small, I would take my bakes to ‘baby group’ and received so much positive feedback from other mums.

This inspired me to open an honesty box selling my baking.
Honesty boxes are very popular in this part of Aberdeenshire and sell everything from eggs, fruit and veg, to books, but at the time there were no cake boxes. I opened my first cake shed in 2024, and the wee shed (refrigerated) followed soon afterwards.

My cake sheds can be found on the B9000 (Pitmedden to Newburgh). AB41 6PS

Opening hours are Thursday and Friday from 8.30am to 8.00pm; and Saturday from 9.30am to 8.00pm.

Don’t worry if you can’t visit my shed in person, as I am now offering a range of posted boxes. Head to the online shop and treat yourself.
